Refund and Return Policy
Lodging a Request
To request a refund or return, customers must lodge their request within 30 days of the delivery date. Visit our Returns Center to start your request:
- Enter your order number and email address.
- Follow the instructions and select the items you wish to return.
- Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions.
Conditions for Returnable Items
Items eligible for return must meet the following criteria:
- Returned within 30 days from the date of delivery
- In unused and resellable condition.
- In the original packaging with all tags intact.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery date.
Exchanges
We allow exchanges for selectable variants of purchased items. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.
Refund Options
We support the following refund options:
- Refund to the original payment method
- Refund to store credit (if applicable)
Free Return Shipping
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return label from a designated carrier (Australia Post, FedEx, UPS, etc.) based on your location. Instructions on how to return the item will be provided in the confirmation email.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.
